On Lockdown
I just put our linksys WRT54G on lock down.
1. Updated the Firmware
2. Changed the IP Address
3. Changed the password
4. Changed the SSID
5. Turned off SSID broadcast
6. Set mode to G-Only
7. Enabled WPA encryption
8. Enabled MAC address filtering
9. Disabled UPnP
Linksys puts some professional security features in a consumer product.
