My Temporary Setup
The hard drive in my iMac failed. Using my work laptop (macbook pro) as my digital hub in the interim.
This was pretty easy mainly because my iTunes and iPhoto libariers are on a 500GB Western Digital myPassport firewire drive. All my data is also backed up to an Apple TimeCapsule using Time Machine.
